Job Description

ForceBrands--BevForce, FoodForce, BeautyForce –the only recruiting agency that specializes in hiring strategies for passion brands in the food, beverage and beauty industries—is looking for a highly motivated Director of Brand Marketing to join our team who will be responsible for the development, implementation and analysis of our company Brand, messaging and communications.   • Development of the Force Brands marketing strategy as it pertains to brand positioning, direction, and executional strategy.
  • Development and communication of the ForceBrands brand messaging and Public Relations.
  • Provide the vision, mission, goals and offline strategies & events for the overall ForceBrands marketing platform.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing & Strategy Director on digital execution of marketing activations, data & insight reporting and creative support.
  • Partner with the Events & Partnerships Manager to identify trade show opportunities and manage on-site presence and activation of a year-round marketing calendar.
  • Provide guidance for graphic design for all print & online materials; one-sheets, presentations.
  • Work with the Events & Partnerships Manager in identifying influencers and potential strategic partners and work to build relationships with those individuals/brand (trade, media and referral organizations); managing relationships with current strategic partners
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing & Strategy Director on Social Media & Content campaigns and strategies, ROI reporting, competitive analysis, and community management, sales funnel and CRM support materials.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing & Strategy Director on audience building and content creation that will build out our food, beauty and beverage candidate database.
  • Partner with Executive Management and the Technology team on website messaging, communication templates and sales material redesign projects.
  • Partner with Human Resources to refresh companywide Brand Messaging and Brand Message Training. 
  • Provide guidance and mentorship a team of marketing professionals who focus on the following areas: Events, Partnerships, Content, Social Media, Graphic Design. 

Job Requirements

  • BA Degree in related field required, MBA strongly preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, Public Relations, or brand marketing - particularly in a fast growing company.
  • Experience in the food, beverage, beauty or CPG space a plus.
  • Ecommerce Experience a plus.
  • Solid writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Connections and activity in the social world.
  • Strong strategic, analytic, financial, and consumer research skills.
  • Strong leadership skills, with previous experience in effectively growing and nurturing marketing teams.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
