Job Description

Position Summary

The role of the Prestige Ambassador is to:

  • Develop relationships with key accounts: on-premise (60% of time) & off-premise (40% of time) customers to:
    • Educate
    • Drive distribution of Remy Cointreau Prestige portfolio
    • Improve visibility
    • Create value through customized programming
    • Raise the profile of the brands within the trade and consumer community
    • Generate incremental sales volume
  • Infiltrate High Net Worth Individuals for LOUIS XIII by:
    • Recruiting: Prospection through existing platforms (Legacy Moments and Certified retailer), Luxury Partner Association, networking, education
    • Leveraging: Trade (certified retailer and on-premise fostering agents) and consumers (CRM  program)
    • Developping Loyalty: CRM program


  • Priority # 1 (35% of time): Louis XIII: distribution + various platforms activation
  • Priority # 2 (35% of time): Champagnes (Piper Heidsieck & Charles Heidsieck) distribution and volume objectives. Brand building initiatives
  • Priority #3 (30% of time) : Rest of prestige portfolio: Remy Martin (XO & 1738), Rum (1703 & XO), Cointreau:  distribution


Priority market (75% of time): Texas

Secondary markets (25% of time): Colorado, Louisiana


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with bartenders, account managers, and account owners
  • Educate the retail and wholesale trade to drive distribution, improve visibility and increase sales
  • Oversee the execution of national consumer programs
  • Increase in-account portfolio visibility with merchandising materials and menu list placements
  • Work with key accounts to develop customized programs that drive consumer trial and sales volume
  • Act as an Ambassador for both Louis XIII and Champagne.
  • Execute and attend consumer events
  • Execute educational outreach to local and national media, partner agencies and partner luxury brands
  • Develop luxury business to business relationships that result in incremental volume and HNWI recuitment
  • Use networking ability to target influencers and increase brand loyalty and consumption
  • Provide feedback concerning brand positioning, competitive activities and market trends
  • Provide input regarding future marketing plan development 
Job Requirements


  • Bachelors Degree and 5-7 years of Sales experience in luxury goods, preferably in the adult beverage market.
  • Professional image, positive attitude, diplomacy, high energy and charismatic personality
  • Able to work independently
  • This role requires evening and weekend coverage on occasion – it is a full-time role with non-standard hours
  • Demonstrated public-speaking, presentation and writing skills
  • Ability to sell, influence and partner with customers and co-workers
  • Ability to manage budgets and provide timely, concise reporting
  • Excellent execution and time management skills; strong attention to detail with ability to take initiative, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Extensive experience selling luxury wines, champagne & spirits preferred, but not required
  • Clean driving record and good credit history
  • Solid computer skills
