The Retail Sales Specialist (RSS) is responsible for traveling to markets to ensure retail execution. They will be on the road 3 weeks a month working with other retail sales specialists as well as ASM’s and distributor personnel. The remaining time in the work schedule will be used to ensure retail execution in their home market.
The Retail Sales Specialist will primarily be responsible for the following:
- Working closely with various wholesalers to execute all sales and promotional programs
- Work in the trade with distributor personnel or other Phusion employees.
- Ensure proper merchandising standards are executed in the market including, in store programming, in store generic, out of store permanent POS
The successful candidate must be organized, have strong interpersonal skills, be a problem solver, be comfortable with the use of technology, be able and willing to travel extensively (3 weeks a month) A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance is required.
- A college degree is preferred, but not mandatory.

- This is an entry-level position but the following attributes will be helpful: Working in a team environment, ability to follow direction and detail oriented are all necessary for success.
